Hybrid Software Developer

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Junior Software Engineer/Developer with a strong foundation in coding, problem-solving, and software development. This is a great opportunity for an early-career developer with 1–2+ years of professional experience who is eager to continue building their technical skills and contribute to software development initiatives. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Java and Python, strong logical thinking skills, and an understanding of how software moves through the development and delivery lifecycle. Exposure to AI or AI-assisted development is a strong plus but is not required. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and solutions.
• Write clean, reliable code using Java and/or Python.
• Execute, troubleshoot, and support code and development pipelines.
• Apply strong analytical and logical thinking to solve technical problems.
• Participate in the software development lifecycle, including development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
• Collaborate with technical team members to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve development efficiency and software delivery.
• Leverage AI tools and technologies where appropriate to accelerate development and problem-solving.

Skills and Requirements

• 1–2+ years of software development or coding experience.
• Hands-on programming experience with Java and Python.
• Strong coding fundamentals and logical problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to write, execute, debug, and troubleshoot code.
• General understanding of software development and delivery concepts.
• Strong willingness to learn new technologies and grow as a developer.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field preferred.
• Exposure to AI, Generative AI, or AI-assisted development tools.
• Understanding of development pipelines, automation, or CI/CD concepts.
• Experience working on software development projects in a professional or academic environment.
