Responsibilities

The Lead Generation Marketing Manager will be part of the Marketing Strategy lane within the enterprise Marketing team, MCCE, which includes Marketing, Communications, Creative & Events and is responsible for developing and executing strategies that generate qualified leads and support SCA Health’s growth priorities.

The primary focus of this role is partnering with the Growth Team to build and optimize lead generation programs that engage key audiences and contribute to the growth pipeline through integrated campaigns , clear audience strategies, strong calls to action, lead capture processes, and measurable performance goals.

This role will also support Talent Acquisition by translating priority hiring needs into targeted, measurable recruitment marketing campaigns .

The Lead Generation Marketing Manager will serve as a subject matter expert in acquisition marketing, using data and audience insights to improve campaign performance, lead quality, and return on investment while partnering with Business Development, Talent Acquisition, Creative Services, Analy ti cs , Operations, Legal, Compliance, and other teams to ensure campaigns align with business priorities, brand standards, and applicable requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execut e integrated lead generation strategies that support Business Development goals and contribute to measurable pipeline growth.

  • Partner with stakeholders to define target audiences, campaign objectives , value propositions, calls to action, lead qualification criteria, and success measures.

  • Work with ag ency partners to p lan , launch , manag e , and optimiz e paid media campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, and other digital advertising channels .

  • Manage the full lead generation lifecycle, including audience development, campaign activation, landing pages, lead capture, email nurture, handoff, measurement, and optimization.

  • Create segmentation and nurture strategies for prospects at different stages of the decision-making process.

  • Build, test , and deploy Salesforce and Marketo email campaigns , including segmented sends, automated nurture programs, and performance reporting.

  • Partner with internal teams to ensure leads are accurately captured, routed, tracked, and measured .

  • Monitor lead volume, lead quality, conversion rates, cost per lead, cost per conversion, engagement, pipeline contribution, return on spend, and other relevant performance indicators.

  • Analyze campaign and channel performance to identify insights, optimize media spend, improve conversion, and inform future strategy .

  • Develop campaign performance reports, and clear recommendations for stakeholders.

  • Partner with Creative to d evelop campaign concepts, messaging , email, landing page, and lead generation assets.

  • Support Talent Acquisition through targeted recruitment marketing campaigns for priority roles, markets, and talent audiences.

  • Ensur e campaign content and execution align with SCA Health brand standards and applicable legal, compliance, privacy, and data governance requirements.

  • Identify opportunities to improve lead generation processes, marketing technology, reporting, and campaign scalability.

  • Stay current on B2B marketing, healthcare marketing, paid media, email marketing, marketing automation, and lead generation best practices.

  • Share lead generation best practices, campaign learnings, and performance insights to strengthen team and stakeholder effectiveness .

Elements for Success

  • Strong strategic and hands-on experience developing lead generation programs that produce measurable business results.

  • Ability to translate growth objectives into clear audience, channel, content, and campaign strategies.

  • Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys, lead nurturing, conversion optimization, and the relationship between marketing activity and pipeline performance.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage paid media campaigns and make informed budget and optimization decisions based on performance data.

  • Hands-on proficiency deploying email campaigns and automated nurture programs through Salesforce and Marketo.

  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify root causes, develop practical recommendations , and clearly communicate next steps .

  • Ability to independently lead work, apply sound judgment, and maintain momentum on key initiatives.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present strategies and performance results to senior leaders.

  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a continuous-improvement mindset.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing , Communications, Business, or a related discipline .

  • Five or more years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, acquisition marketing, digital marketing, or a related discipline.

  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing lead generation strategies with measurable results.

  • Demonstrated experience planning, managing, and optimizing paid media campaigns.

  • Experience building, testing, and deploying email campaigns through Salesforce and Marketo.

  • Experience with audience segmentation, marketing automation, lead nurturing, landing pages, and conversion optimization.

  • Experience measuring campaign performance using metrics such as cost per lead, cost per conversion, conversion rate, lead quality, pipeline contribution, and return on investment.

  • Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms, campaign analytics, and multi-channel reporting.

  • Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Preferred

  • B2B healthcare marketing experience.

  • Experience supporting Business Development, sales, or enterprise growth teams.

  • Experience developing campaigns for physicians, health systems, healthcare executives, employers, or other professional audiences.

  • Experience supporting recruitment marketing or Talent Acquisition campaigns.

  • Experience using Piwik PRO for digital analytics, campaign measurement, and performance reporting.

  • Experience integrating marketing automation, CRM, website forms, and reporting workflows .

  • Experience managing agency, media, or technology partners.

  • Familiarity with healthcare marketing, privacy, legal, and compliance requirements .

  • Experience presenting campaign strategy and performance results to executive stakeholders.
