Coldwell Banker Realty - Agent Development Specialist - Los Gatos, CA

The Agent Development Specialist participates in and supports residential real estate sales office operations by assisting the Branch Manager with agent retention, training, technology, and administrative support activities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on achieving exceptional results, customer service, attention to

detail, and a passion for supporting agent success. In this support role, you will provide direct assistance

to branch office operations, affiliated sales agents, clients, and vendors, ensuring seamless day-to-day

office functionality.

Responsibilities:

• Agent Onboarding & System Support: Coordinate onboarding support for newly affiliated

sales associates to ensure they are set up on and understand Company systems. Provide ongoing

support and guidance regarding usage of office systems, tools, and resources.

• Agent Education & Training: Provide guidance and training for sales agents on the company’s

available technology tools, social media, MLS, and administrative systems to empower sales

agents to continually learn, improve, and thrive.

• Recruitment & Branch Support: Assist the Branch Manager in the retention of sales agents,

agent transaction support, and effectively communicating the company’s agent value proposition.

● Office Operations & Front Desk Support: Provide direct support for branch office operations,

including front desk responsibilities (greeting customers, answering phones), maintaining office

appearance, handling repair issues, and coordinating equipment maintenance.

• Administrative & Marketing Support: Execute standard administrative tasks, assist with basic

social media and marketing needs, and manage office systems (such as ordering business cards,

name badges, and miscellaneous supplies).

Qualifications:

• Two to three or more years’ experience in a customer-centric business environment or real estate

sales/operations with administrative responsibility.

• Real estate background preferred (valid Real Estate or Broker's license is a plus).

• Advanced computer proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and

office technology tools.

• Proficient and skilled in social media applications (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, company web

pages).

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively present training and

interact professionally with agents, clients, and vendors.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, with creative problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask

and prioritize in a team environment.
