Job Duties
Position Objective: In this job, the team member will manage a branch location according to cooperative goals and guidelines, providing products and services to meet customer’s needs and provide leadership and direction to the employees that produce desired financial and customer service results.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Supervise all operational and business aspects of the branch location
Supervise location employees including training, coaching and annual performance reviews
Assist Regional Sales Agronomists with sales order entry and coordination of sales
Manage all aspects of customer service for the location
Ensure all products at that location are accurately invoiced
Communicate with and maintain good relationships with customers, resolving complaints quickly, fairly and within company policies
Strive to increase sales and obtain new customers
Implement housekeeping, maintenance and identification programs for the facility and assigned vehicles/equipment
Coordinate the labor requirements in cooperation with other locations and departments
Communicate to management the labor and equipment needs, repair and facility improvement requests
Observe and enforce all company policies
Know and follow all company safety policies/procedure. Perform work in a safe manner while observing all traffic laws and all OSHA state and federal safety regulations
Represent yourself and CFS professionally at all times in action and appearance.
Make decisions and follow instructions with little or no supervision
Perform other duties and projects as requested by supervisor or management

Minimum Education Required
Post high school training in business management, ag related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum Experience Required
Licensing, Certification and Qualifications:
Post high school training in business management or ag related fields or equivalent experience
Ability to communicate well with customers and employees
Knowledge of agriculture and cooperatives
Working knowledge of computers and computerized accounting
Knowledge of agricultural supply products and sales and grain marketing
Maintain a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with hazmat and tanker endorsements.
Maintain required Department of Transportation (DOT) medical certification
Maintain insurability requirements in accordance with property and casualty insurance guidelines
