Job Overview

Perform a wide variety of tasks within the cell collection department following well-defined guidelines (SOP's); assist in the daily supervision of the department.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

*Assist in supervising cell collection personnel. Responsible for scheduling of daily assignments, onboarding newcomers, and liaison for personnel issues.

*Designated trainer for lab work areas, knowledgeable of a variety of roles.

*Assist in determining daily work flow, scheduling.

*Ensure staff is following all requirements of the lab (Proper PPE, documentation practices, completing balance and cell collection log books)

*Assist with cell collection where needed.

*Complete documentation as required by SOP's, company policy, cGMP and FDA regulations.

*Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to Company policies and procedures.

*Track and organize inventory

*Troubleshoot lab processes to identify errors and correct. Troubleshoot minor equipment issues.

*Perform all other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

*Education: High school diploma or GED

*Experience: 1-3 years' experience leading a team

*An equivalent combination of education and work experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above.

*Certification/Licensure: None.

*Other: Effective communication and interpersonal skills required. Demonstrated computer skills.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr. Please note that salaries vary within the range based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, and location.
