Full job description
Our client, restaurant technology and support organization is seeking a Deployment Support Analyst to join their team. As a Deployment Support Analyst, you will be part of the Deployment Support team supporting restaurant technology deployment and proactive support programs. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service focus, excellent troubleshooting and root-cause thinking, and the confidence to communicate clearly with business partners and vendors, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Deployment Support Analyst
Location: Irvine, CA (HYBRID: onsite 2 days a week - T, Th)
Duration: 12 months contract with possible extension.
Pay Range: $25.25/hr w2
What's the Job?

Provide technical assistance and remote support for restaurant technology using independent judgment and discretion within approved processes.

Own specific Deployment/Proactive support focus areas, including creating and maintaining documentation for troubleshooting and resolution steps used by the team.

Cross-train to support Deployment, ECARE, and RTO programs, including troubleshooting, vendor follow-up, and coordination with the Service Desk.

Identify root cause issues and defects with Tier 1 applications, then share findings with Business Partners to help address and resolve application defects.

Translate customer requests into appropriate incident specifications while understanding business workflows and driving timely incident resolution.
What's Needed?
-
Prefer a Computer Science degree or equivalent years of experience.

At least 1 year of customer service experience.

At least 1 year of Help Desk experience preferred.

Strong technical skills and understanding of computer concepts, including operating system commands and scripts (e.g., UNIX, NT, PC fundamentals, OS2).

Excellent written and oral communication skills, along with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
