Our Lab Assistant is a support position in the laboratory setting. Students, individuals with patient care background and others with some lab experience would be a great match for this role! This position primarily will work at the Sauk Crossing Clinic but may travel to other clinic locations including Clearwater, Cold Spring, and Saint Joseph.

What you’ll do:

  • Collect blood samples from the patient

  • Create an atmosphere of trust and confidence with patients

  • Perform low complexity testing and culture set-up

Schedule:

  • Temporary until around 12/31/26

  • Full-time or part-time | Options between 40 to 72 hours every two weeks

  • Day Shift | Monday - Friday | Shifts 7am-4pm, 7:30am-4:30pm, 8am-5pm, or 8:30am-5:30pm

  • No weekends or holidays.

Pay and Benefits:

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Prefer graduate from or in the process of pursing a phlebotomy certificate from an accredited laboratory program or medical -related program

  • Knowledge of medical terminology and basic computer skills
