Schedule: Full time Shift: Day (United States of America) Address: 13601 Bruce B Downs Blvd City: Tampa State: Florida Postal Code: 33613 Job Description:
- Generate, analyze, and distribute quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) reports for Obstetric and Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) ultrasound services.
- Monitor ultrasound study performance metrics to ensure compliance with departmental, organizational, and accreditation standards.
- Conduct routine audits of OB and MFM imaging studies to verify completeness, accuracy, documentation quality, and adherence to established protocols.
- Identify variances, trends, and opportunities for improvement in imaging quality and workflow processes; communicate findings to leadership and providers.
- Collaborate with physicians, sonographers, and clinical staff to support standardization of imaging practices and consistency across all OB/MFM studies.
- Maintain quality databases, tracking systems, and performance dashboards to support ongoing quality improvement initiatives.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Demonstrates ability to communicate by reading, writing legibly, speaking, and comprehending English effectively to carry out job requirements [Required]
- Ensure a safe and comfortable experience for the patient during the study. [Required]
- Create and edit orders in the electronic medical record. [Required]
- Create patient records in the sonography reporting software system. [Required]
- Create sonographer reports in the sonography reporting software system and enter requisite data. [Required]
- Demonstrate timeliness in completion of studies and documentation. [Required]
- Detailed fetal anatomic surveys [Required]
- Fetal Echocardiography [Required]
- Doppler assessment of arterial and venous blood vessels. [Required]
- Fetal growth assessments [Required]
- Transvaginal cervical length assessments [Required]
- Provide sonographic assistance for procedures (chorionic villus sampling, amniocentesis, cerclage) [Required]
Education:
- High School Grad or Equiv [Required]
- Associate [Preferred]
Field of Study:
- Graduation from a school of Diagnostic Medical Sonography
Work Experience:
- 3+ experience in OB/GYN sonography. [Required]
- Vascular experience as approved by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in OB/Gyn. [Required]

Pay Range:
$30.74 - $57.18 Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law)
