If you look at a marketing dashboard and immediately start asking "why?", we should talk.

Why did that campaign outperform the others? Where are leads dropping off? Is the automation actually working? Can we trust the attribution? What happens if we change the audience, message, landing page, or customer journey?

At Woodard, we're looking for a Marketing Operations Strategist who likes digging into those questions and turning the answers into better business results.

This role sits at the intersection of marketing, technology, data, and revenue. You'll have room to think, test, build, analyze, and improve, with the ownership to turn ideas into action. This is a hands-on role. You'll develop the strategy, but you'll also be the person building, executing, testing, and optimizing the work.

What You'll Own

  • Demand Generation & Campaign Performance: Develop, execute, and optimize marketing strategies and campaigns that generate qualified demand and contribute to revenue growth

  • Marketing Technology & Automation: Manage marketing platforms, CRM integrations, automation, workflows, data governance, and emerging technology, including AI

  • Customer Journey & Lifecycle Marketing: Build segmentation, nurturing, email, SMS, lead scoring, and lifecycle strategies that create more relevant customer experiences

  • Website Performance & Conversion: Use customer behavior and performance data to improve SEO, landing pages, lead capture, A/B testing, and conversion

  • Analytics, Attribution & Business Insights: Build reporting, analyze performance, understand what's driving results, and translate data into recommendations the business can act on

You Might Be a Great Fit If You...

  • Can't help but ask "why?" when something isn't performing the way it should

  • Enjoy getting beneath the surface of a problem to understand what's really happening

  • Like taking complicated systems or processes and making them work better

  • Are comfortable challenging assumptions when the data tells a different story

  • Get energized by testing ideas and seeing measurable proof of what works

  • Enjoy connecting data, systems, and customer behavior to understand what's driving results

  • Want ownership of your work without giving up the opportunity to collaborate with smart people across the business

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, demand generation, digital marketing, marketing analytics, or a related field

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field preferred

  • Strong working knowledge of marketing technology, CRM platforms, marketing automation, analytics, attribution, and digital marketing
