Full job description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Providing on-site direct behavioral health care services to clients with developmental disabilities in a residential setting.

  • Providing oversight to home operations and performing duties in staff supervision, operational administration, home management, therapeutic intervention, documentation, and treatment plan development.

  • Providing daily structure and coverage to the residence by supervising and assisting with living skills, personal care needs, case management, medication auditing, transportation service, crisis management, and recreational activities.

  • Communicating all significant behavioral changes and notable incidents to the designated supervisory personnel.

  • Acting as a liaison and advocating for community resources.

  • Ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment while adhering to all safety standards, government regulations, and corporate policies.

  • Cooperating with the Office of Licensing and Division in any inspection or investigation

EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILL & ABILITY:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of experience with youth with IDD challenges required, or, an unlicensed master’s level practitioner with 1 years’ experience.

  • Previous Supervisory experience required.

  • Valid driver’s license in the state of residence.

  • Must be at least 21 years old.

  • Must be able to complete a physical, drug screen, and background check.

SALARY:

  • $61,127.65 per year.
