Salary: $125,689.26 - $170,049.54 per year

How you’ll make an impact in this role

  • Strategic Leadership: Direct program goals, infrastructure, and plans to align with business objectives and partnerships.

  • Budget & Resources: Manage program budgets, tools, and resource allocation to adapt to changing needs.

  • Metrics & Liaison: Track performance metrics and serve as the main link between internal teams and external partners.

  • People Management: Lead, mentor, and evaluate staff performance while handling overall team development.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • Project Mgmt Professional, preferred.

  • Clinical Specialist. Clinical License preferred.

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
