Full job description

Our client, a leading healthcare technology manufacturer serving the MRI industry, is seeking an Electromechanical Assembler (Production Associate) to join their team. As an Electromechanical Assembler, you will be part of the Manufacturing team supporting Production, Quality, and Engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, quality-focused work habits, and effective communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Electromechanical Assembler 2nd Shift

Location: Aurora, OH

Payrate: $20.00 - $22.00 /hour

Perform electromechanical assembly and manufacturing operations following work instructions, schematics, and bills of materials.

Solder electronic components on circuit boards and complete mechanical assembly tasks.

Maintain accurate production records and support daily production output goals.

Perform basic product testing and participate in quality control inspections.

Collaborate with team leads, engineers, and supervisors to improve quality, safety, and process efficiency

What’s Needed?

High School Diploma or equivalent

Ability to understand and interpret basic written technical information.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to communicate effectively in English.

At least 6 months of manufacturing experience preferred; soldering experience is a plus.
