Accountant

Responsibilities for Accountant include but are not limited to:

• Support the monthly intercompany close process for assigned entities and regions, ensuring accurate and timely completion of month-end activities.

• Perform intercompany account reconciliations and manage the settlement of intercompany balances.

• Prepare and maintain transfer pricing calculations using iCAN (Intercompany Accounting & Netting tool).

• Create and post intercompany journal entries in accordance with accounting policies.

• Analyze intercompany accounts, investigate variances, aging items, and reconciliation differences, and coordinate resolutions with stakeholders.

• Support foreign exchange (FX) analysis, intercompany settlements, payments/collections, and accounting activities related to new entities, M&A integrations, and organizational restructures.

Candidates for Accountant must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in public accounting or Senior Accountant roles within multinational organizations.

• CPA certification (or equivalent professional accounting qualification).

• Strong knowledge of intercompany accounting, reconciliations, and accounting principles in a multi-entity, multi-currency environment.

• Experience with large ERP/accounting systems, preferably Oracle ERP.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies independently.

• Pay: $56/hr. (26.67/hr.)

• Shift: Monday - Friday / 8AM - 5PM

Pay Details: $56.00 per hour
