Job Description
A client in the entertainment industry is seeking a Product Manager, Ad Product to support advertising operations across its streaming platforms. This individual will partner closely with Ad Operations, Engineering, QA, Analytics, Marketing, and Commercial teams to manage advertising workstreams from requirements gathering through launch and post-launch support. Responsibilities include documenting workflows and processes, coordinating campaign readiness, monitoring ad delivery and performance, troubleshooting operational issues, and driving improvements to reporting, partner support, and overall service reliability. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role centered on delivering successful advertising campaigns and enhancing day-to-day advertising operations.
Skills and Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Product Management, Ad Operations, Product Operations, Business Analysis, or a related field
- Experience in digital advertising, streaming, media, entertainment, or consumer technology
- Knowledge of AVOD, FAST, Connected TV (CTV), or digital video advertising
- Familiarity with ad serving technologies, campaign trafficking, SSAI/CSAI, or audience targeting
- Experience gathering requirements and translating them into workflows, documentation, and process improvements
- Experience coordinating across business, technical, and operational teams
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Tableau, Amplitude, or similar tools
- Experience working in Agile environments
