Job Description
Sales Representative: Answer customers’ questions about products, goods, prices, availability, specifications, product uses, credit terms; recommend appropriate products based on customers’ needs; estimate/quote prices, contract terms, warranties, delivery timelines; consult with clients after sales to resolve issues & provide ongoing support; prepare sales contracts, quotes, order forms; monitor market conditions, product innovations, competitors’ products, prices, and sales strategies; maintain accurate sales records & regularly contact existing and prospective wholesale customers to demonstrate products, explain features, and solicit orders; identify prospective customers; negotiate details of sales transactions, including pricing, contract terms, payment arrangements. 40hrs/wk.
