Assembly

• Wiring Harness Assembler Pay: Starting at $ 18.00/hour Job Type: Full-Time Mo-Fr 6:45 AM-4:30 PM We are hiring Wiring Harness Assemblers to join our manufacturing team! This is a great opportunity for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who enjoy hands-on work. Previous wiring harness assembly experience is preferred but not required—training is available.

Responsibilities

• Assemble wiring harnesses according to work instructions, diagrams, and specifications.

• Use hand tools such as wire crimpers, wire strippers, cutters, and other assembly equipment.

• Route, bundle, and secure wires according to quality standards.

• Perform basic inspections to ensure completed assemblies meet accuracy and quality requirements.

• Read and follow assembly drawings, work instructions, and production documents.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

• Meet production goals while following all safety and quality requirements.

Qualifications

• Previous wiring harness assembly experience preferred, but not required .

• Experience using wire crimpers, wire strippers, and other hand tools is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.

• Ability to follow written instructions and work independently or as part of a team.

• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.

• Ability to stand, sit, and perform repetitive movements for extended periods.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.

• Ability to perform repetitive hand movements throughout the shift.

• Ability to work in a manufacturing or production environment.

Pay Details: $18.00 per week
