About the Role

• Supports a multi-state safety environment with a primary focus on Virginia safety regulations and EPA compliance.
• Based in Ashburn, VA.
• Will support customer sites throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.
• Most applicable industry experience:
• Data Centers
• Manufacturing
• Industrial environments

Manager's Ideal Candidate: Someone who can say: "Here's the work being performed, here's the risk involved, here's the regulation that applies, and here's how we can train employees to do it safely."

This is NOT a Safety Manager role. This is a hands-on Senior Safety Specialist who will spend most of their time:

• Creating JSAs
• Conducting training
• Interpreting regulations
• Supporting customer sites
• Driving safety compliance
• Building relationships with field teams

Skills and Requirements

Minimum 3-4 years of safety experience.

• Experience creating and maintaining JSAs (Job Safety Analyses).
• Strong understanding of:
• OSHA requirements
• Virginia safety regulations
• EPA compliance
• Safety standards and best practices
• Ability to translate customer and regulatory safety requirements into actionable training and processes.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Job Safety Analyses (JSAs).
• Translate customer safety requirements and state regulations into clear procedures.
• Create and deliver monthly safety training programs.
• Conduct safety program administration and policy updates.
• Work closely with an internal team to ensure compliance and execution.
