Registered Nurse (RN) - Hospice | Houston Area, TX
Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Hospice contract in the Houston, TX area . This is an excellent opportunity to join a compassionate, patient-focused team while making a meaningful impact in the lives of hospice patients and their families.

Job Details

Coverage Area: Up to 60 miles from the Houston office

Contract Length: 3-Month Contract, with possibility of extension
-
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM
-
Pay Rate: $53.00 - $55.90 per hour, plus mileage reimbursement between patient visits
-
On-Call Requirement: Required during weekdays and weekends
-
Weekend Requirement: Required as part of the on-call rotation
Responsibilities
-
Manage a caseload of hospice patients in home and community settings
-
Perform hospice admissions, routine patient visits, and end-of-life visits
-
Complete comprehensive patient assessments and documentation
-
Coordinate care with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
-
Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to the care team
-
Provide education and support to patients and their families
-
Deliver compassionate, high-quality hospice care
Requirements
-
Active RN license
-
Associate degree in Nursing or higher
-
Recent hospice experience
-
Recent HCHB (Homecare Homebase) experience
-
Ability to manage patient visits independently
-
Reliable transportation for local travel

Strong assessment and documentation skills

Pay Details: $53.00 to $55.90 per hour
