Implementation BA

Job Description

• Support the end-to-end FlowCal implementation, contributing across multiple workstreams as the team works through system build, testing, validation, and deployment activities
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to coordinate implementation efforts and ensure project milestones are met
• Lead and coordinate UAT activities across multiple teams and integrated systems, tracking execution progress and driving testing readiness
• Perform QA validation, execute test scenarios, and step into the end-user role to verify functionality and business processes
• Manage defect tracking, resolution follow-up, and testing communications to ensure issues are documented and addressed effectively
• Support data validation, analysis, and remediation efforts throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Develop and maintain project documentation, testing evidence, process maps, SOPs, and implementation artifacts
• Consolidate and communicate testing results, risks, and status updates to project stakeholders
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify process improvements and support overall implementation success
• Serve as a hands-on Business Analyst focused on implementation execution, documentation, testing coordination, and user adoption

Skills and Requirements

• Hands-on experience implementing applications and leading system implementations end-to-end
• Experience with QA, test case development, UAT coordination/execution, defect tracking, and data validation
• Comfortable stepping into the end-user role, walking through QA tests, SOPs, and remediation activities alongside the business
• Ability to write queries, analyze data, and support data cleansing/remediation efforts
• Strong documentation skills, including process mapping, testing evidence, and status reporting
• Proven ability to coordinate across technical and business teams, driving communication and issue resolution throughout implementation efforts
• Previous Flow Cal and/or Flow Cal implementation experience
• Hands-on experience utilizing SQL
