-
Proven experience designing, building, and operating agentic AI applications in production, including LLM-powered and agent-based solutions serving real users and workloads.
-
Hands-on experience with LangGraph and advanced agent orchestration patterns, including multi-step planning, sub-agent coordination, shared-state architectures, long-running workflows, human-in-the-loop processes, and debugging production agent systems.
-
Strong software engineering expertise in Python, Java, and modern backend development, including designing and building scalable APIs and cloud-native services.
-
Experience developing AI-powered user experiences, including Conversational AI, IVR systems, and generative UI applications.
-
Demonstrated technical leadership through architecture and design reviews, mentoring engineers, resolving complex production issues, and building reusable platform capabilities leveraged across multiple engineering teams.
Preferred Qualifications
-
Expertise in prompt engineering, LLM evaluation frameworks, AI observability, and LLM security best practices.
-
Experience with LLM fine-tuning, model optimization, performance tuning, and evaluation methodologies to improve AI system quality and reliability.
-
Proven ability to define and implement best practices for AI governance, reliability, operational excellence, and production readiness.
-
Strong background in platform engineering, observability, and distributed systems, including monitoring, distributed tracing, troubleshooting, incident response, and operational support.
-
Experience creating and maintaining architectural designs, technical design documents, runbooks, and technical briefs for complex engineering initiatives.
-
Experience working within Agile and SAFe methodologies in large-scale enterprise environments.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, related field, or equivalent experience (High School diploma plus 4 years relevant work experience).
