Local Team Collaboration:

• Join a close-knit collaborative team of 27 CRNAs and 10 physicians delivering top-tier anesthesia care.

• You'll be supported by a Chief CRNA and Chief MD, who foster a culture of mutual respect, professional development, and teamwork.

• CRNAs practice at the top of their license, integral in managing diverse and complex cases.

• No call, no weekends.

Scheduling:

• Collaborative On-Call Model

• The dedicated CRNA team has the ability to work 8,10, and 12-hour shifts.

• Team members work together to optimize patient care, provide seamless handoffs, and support one another during high-acuity cases.

• Flexible scheduling allows CRNAs to easily trade shifts, promoting work-life balance while maintaining exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

In this CRNA role, you’ll be an integral part of a team handling a broad range of cases, including:

• Trauma

• Blunt

• Penetrating

• General Surgery

• Neurosurgery

• Orthopedics

• Burns

• OB/GYN

Compensation and Additional Benefits:

• W2: $245k yearly

• 1099: $275,319 yearly

• 8 weeks of scheduled time off

• Substantial sign-on bonus
