Full job description

HoneyBook is the leading AI-powered business management platform for service-based business owners. Designed to enhance - not replace - independent professionals. HoneyBook’s AI-powered tools help businesses attract leads, connect with clients, book projects, and manage payments more efficiently. With AI seamlessly integrated into every workflow, entrepreneurs can focus on their craft while scaling their businesses with confidence. Since its founding in 2013, HoneyBook has powered over 25 million client relationships and processed more than $12 billion in transactions, helping independent businesses grow faster and smarter.

Our culture is built on five core values that inform everything we do. We encourage collaboration, feedback, ownership, and maintain a growth mindset. We know experience comes in many forms - some visible on your resume, others not. No one candidate will be a 100% perfect match to our description, so if you thrive in a fast-paced, intellectually curious environment and have relevant experience, we encourage you to apply. We're looking for a Senior Product Analyst to join our Data Analytics team in Tel Aviv. You'll have a major impact on the products we build, owning analysis for one of HoneyBook's most strategic product areas- from mature, high-scale domains to newer bets still taking shape.

You'll partner with stakeholders across different domains to turn ambiguous questions into decisions. You'll also take an active part in building and shaping the AI-powered tooling our team uses to scale how we work and enable data to the company.

What we're looking for:

  • Sharp judgment. You dig deeper than what the data shows on the surface, you can tell a real pattern from noise, and identify real behavior.

  • Comfortable in ambiguity. You can take a high-level problem, break it down, and build the analysis approach and questions yourself.

  • Strong product and business instincts. You understand how a feature affects revenue, retention, or user behavior, not just what the dashboard says.

  • Clear, persuasive communicator. You can share an analysis, a finding, or a recommendation with senior stakeholders clearly enough that they act on it.

  • Constantly pushes AI into the workflow. You look for where AI can save time and improve results, and you build it yourself.

  • Technical rigor. You design and run rigorous analyses and experiments, and you catch your own mistakes before anyone else does.

  • High ownership. If it's your problem, you solve it.

What is needed:

  • 5+ years of experience in product, business, or data analytics, ideally at a B2C company.

  • Experience in optimizing user funnels, increasing user engagement, identifying and analyzing drop-offs.

  • A track record of turning analysis into decisions.

  • Hands-on experience using and building AI tools in your daily analytics workflow.
