What you’ll do:

  • Responsible for achieving in-depth knowledge of the 340B Program and providing expert direction to staff and management regarding the 340B Program.
  • Maintains up-to-date policies and procedures on 340B purchasing processes.
  • Develops systems and processes to limit program liabilities.
  • Provides proper audits to identify risk and prevent duplicate discounts and diversion.
  • Routinely reviews 340B compliance program policies and procedures.
  • Offers contributions and changes to ensure 340B compliance.

What you’ll need for this job: Education: Required:

  • ​Bachelor's degree or applicable work experience

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, pharmacy or purchasing preferred

Experience: Required:

  • 3-5 years of previous job related experience

Preferred:

  • 6-10 years of previous job-related experience preferred
  • 5 years of pharmaceutical purchasing, wholesaler and vendor experience
  • 3 years of 340B program experience including use of various vendor software programs / portals
  • Registered Pharmacy Technician
  • Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) preferred
  • Completion of 340B University program certificate of achievement

Pay Range: $53,144 to $82,368

Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
