- CVOR Team
- Full-time (4 x 10 hour shifts)
- On-call obligations
- Benefits start day 1
Pay Range: $25.30 - $37.95
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Successful completion of Surgical Technology program, either technical or military
- One year experience (CVOR preferred)
LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, and/or REGISTRATION:
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required.
- Certification in Surgical Technology
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support patient care, safety, and advocacy through critical thinking and anticipation of case-specific needs.
- Prepare, maintain, and manage surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment for cardiovascular procedures.
- Maintain sterile technique and support efficient surgical workflow.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with patients, physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary team members.
- Demonstrate accountability for performance, professional development, and continuous learning.
- Participate in inventory management and cost containment efforts related to supplies and instrumentation.
