Job Description

Our client is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead a high-visibility enterprise transformation initiative focused on consolidating and rationalizing applications across the organization. The objective of the program is to eliminate duplicate functionality, reduce technology spend, simplify the application landscape, and improve operational efficiency by leveraging strategic enterprise platforms such as Oracle and ServiceNow where appropriate. This individual will drive multiple concurrent workstreams across business and technology teams, ensuring initiatives remain aligned to strategic objectives, financial targets, and organizational change goals. The ideal candidate possesses a strong combination of program leadership, financial management, stakeholder engagement, and change management expertise. They must be comfortable operating at both the executive and operational levels, serving as a trusted advisor to business leaders while maintaining detailed oversight of program execution. The Senior Program Manager will partner closely with application owners, business stakeholders, enterprise architects, finance teams, PMO leadership, and C-suite executives to identify consolidation opportunities, evaluate business impacts, manage program risks, and drive successful adoption of future-state solutions.

This is a remote contract position, and currently a 14-month contract. This a multi-year initiative, so opportunity to extend is likely. The hourly rate for the role is up to $82/hr.

Skills and Requirements

8+ years of Program Management experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives Experience managing complex programs consisting of multiple concurrent workstreams, dependencies, and stakeholders Strong financial management expertise including budget ownership, forecasting, variance analysis, benefits tracking, and cost optimization initiatives Experience leveraging Oracle or ServiceNow as target-state solutions during application consolidation efforts Proven ability to manage enterprise application modernization, application rationalization, system consolidation, or digital transformation programs Strong understanding of change management principles and ability to identify organizational adoption risks, and value realization. Experience facilitating cross-functional teams across business, technology, finance, and operational organizations Strong risk, issue, dependency, and decision management experience Experience with enterprise application portfolio rationalization initiatives Formal change management certification or methodology experience (Prosci, ADKAR, etc.)
