• Delivers supplies, equipment, and packages to customers, obtaining location delivery information.

• Other duties as assigned.

• Manages the supply replenishment process, including straightening, counting, picking, and stocking supplies for specific areas.

• Inspects and accepts deliveries, ensuring products match packing slips and identifying delivery locations.

• Accurately completes the receiving process in the computer and scans all packing slips into the system per established timelines.

• Ensures safety of products by giving special attention to refrigerated supplies and those with special handling.

• Meets customer needs by receiving items efficiently and accurately, ensuring overnight packages are processed and delivered quickly.

• Maintains assigned area in a clean, safe, and organized manner.

• Affixes property record tags to capital equipment upon receipt and communicates all needed information to purchasing.

• Resolves invoice match exceptions due to receipt discrepancies related to purchase orders.

• Prepares items for return and ensures pick-up of goods, resolving delivery errors with suppliers.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Critical thinking and analytical mindset Required

• Possesses basic math skills. Required

• Communicates clearly and effectively in English. Can communicate directly with delivery drivers. Required

• Has computer skills and the ability to use a keypad and keyboard. Required

• Can identify, sort and count accurately. Required

• Exhibits familiarity with shipping and billing procedures. Required

• Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize departmental priorities Required

• Ability to process large shipments in an organized manner Required

• Demonstrated ability to use an ERP system. Preferred

• Understanding of receiving processes and basic materials management. Preferred

• Ability to operate material handling equipment. Preferred

Education:

• High School Grad or Equiv Required

Work Experience:

• 2+ erp Preferred

Pay Range:
