We are seeking an experienced Data Product Manager to lead the strategy, discovery, development, and delivery of enterprise data products. This individual will play a key role within the Data Office, driving 0-to-1 product innovation by transforming ambiguous business opportunities into scalable, data-driven solutions that create measurable business value.

The ideal candidate combines strong product management experience with technical expertise in data platforms, AI technologies, and stakeholder engagement. They will work cross-functionally with business leaders, data scientists, engineers, and architects to deliver innovative products that support enterprise objectives.

Skills and Requirements

  • Define and execute a data product strategy aligned with enterprise and Data Office goals.

  • Create and maintain product roadmaps that evolve based on business priorities and user feedback.

  • Identify new opportunities for data-driven products through research, analysis, and emerging technology trends.

  • Lead 0-to-1 product ideation efforts, turning undefined problems into structured product concepts.

  • Facilitate workshops and design sessions with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.

  • Conduct user interviews, surveys, and market research to validate product concepts.

  • Develop mockups, wireframes, and low-fidelity prototypes for rapid testing and feedback.

  • Design and deliver functional prototypes that demonstrate business value and reduce investment risk.

  • Collaborate with technical teams to incorporate AI, machine learning, and generative AI capabilities into products.

  • Lead the development of AI agents, including defining objectives, integrations, orchestration, and success criteria.

  • Establish prototype evaluation metrics and drive the transition from pilot to production.

  • Oversee data migration and integration efforts using tools such as Databricks, AWS Glue, DMS, or similar technologies.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or a related field.

  • 6-10+ years of experience in Product Management, Data Products, Digital Products, or related roles.

  • Proven experience leading product discovery and 0-to-1 product development initiatives.

  • Strong understanding of data platforms, enterprise data architecture, and data lifecycle management.

  • Experience working with AI/ML technologies, Generative AI, LLMs, or AI-enabled product solutions.

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills. - Master's degree in a related analytical or technical field.

  • Experience with Databricks, AWS Glue, DMS, or similar data engineering/migration platforms.

  • Experience with M365 solutions including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform.

  • Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, and Confluence.

  • Knowledge of IT governance, financial forecasting, strategic planning, and product P&L management.
