Job Description

A Primland Activity Guide must embody the ENRICH values and create a warm and inviting environment for our guests.

Qualifications

• Must have vehicle operator’s license and knowledge of property and resort offerings

• Broad range of knowledge and work experience in different outdoor activities including hunting,

Fishing, equestrian, RTV trail riding and clay shooting

• Accreditation for shotgun training, coaching, instruction

• Ability to lift 50 lbs

• Ability to perform job with minimum supervision

To be considered for this position you must be able to:

• Able to work flexible shifts

• Willing and able to work different department based on business needs

• Willing to work extended periods of 6 days a week if needed

• Willing to stay late to cover business needs

• Able to work overtime based on business needs

• Able to work holidays and weekends

• Have no restrictions on schedule

• Able to maintain an average of 40 hours a week for each quarter
