Job Description: Join Intel as a Tech Contract Employee and contribute to technical processes that drive innovation and operational excellence. In this role, you will perform hands-on tasks that support engineering, manufacturing, or operations teams, ensuring the success of high-impact initiatives within Intel. The primary responsibilities for this role will include, but are not limited to:
- Perform routine technical tasks and processes to support engineering, manufacturing, or operations teams.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot, resolve issues, and optimize workflows.
- Maintain and update technical records and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance. - Conduct inspections and tests to verify compliance with specifications and standards.
- Adhere to Intel's standards, procedures, and safety protocols in all tasks.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for enhanced efficiency and performance.
A successful candidate will have proven experience demonstrating the following skills and behavioral traits:
- Ability to follow established technical procedures with a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 0 years of required experience with an AA or AS degree.
- Advanced experience in technical tools, software, or systems relevant to the role.
Preferred Qualifications: Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $52,000.00-$200,000.00 (Hourly Role)
