Requisition Job Description This position must be located at the following Specialty Mail Order site: Lenexa, KS

Position Summary Manages day-to-day operations of pharmacy staff by providing strategic leadership and oversight for pharmacy support operations. Develops and implements operational strategies, establishes performance metrics, and drives process improvements to contribute to strategic decision-making regarding pharmacy support initiatives and goals. Collaborates with stakeholders, such as pharmacists and healthcare providers, to ensure effective communication, efficient workflow coordination, and adherence to quality and safety standards. Fosters a supportive and productive work environment and facilitates professional development opportunities for the team.

Required Qualifications

  • 5 - 7 years work experience preferably within the Specialty Pharmacy space
  • 3 plus years leadership experience
  • Advanced problem solving and decision making skills
  • Strong multi-tasking abilities with the ability to handle competing deadlines; flexible and adaptable.
  • Advanced communication skills used to lead a team.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information ethically and responsibly

Education Bachelors Degree or relevant equivalent experience required.

Time Type Full time

Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is:

$60,300.00 - $132,600.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
