Manager of Revenue Operations Analytics

Job Description

A client of Insight Global is seeking a Manager, Revenue Operations Analytics to lead a team of analysts focused on improving operational performance, driving process improvements, and delivering data-driven solutions across Revenue Operations. This individual will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities, conduct deep-dive analyses, develop action plans, and lead projects from conception through implementation and measurement. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical thinking, people leadership, and project ownership with a proven ability to translate insights into measurable business outcomes.

Skills and Requirements

Experience leading or mentoring business, reporting, or analytics teams Experience using data to identify operational improvement opportunities Proven success leading projects from analysis through implementation Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills Experience presenting findings and recommendations to leadership Advanced Excel and data analysis experience Ability to translate complex business problems into actionable solutions Revenue Cycle Management experience Healthcare operations experience SQL Tableau Google Cloud Platform
