As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.

• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following facility protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.

• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout assigned buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.

• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and wayfinding, and report access-control concerns or policy violations to site leadership.

• Complete accurate reports, maintain activity logs, and communicate observations, incidents, and shift information to Allied Universal leadership and facility representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
