POSITION SUMMARY
The Scheduler is responsible for organizing, coordinating, and ensuring the smooth flow of schedules for production operations across the Organization. This role plays a key part in ensuring on-time completion of product for our customers by working directly with order planning and production personnel, as well as having close interaction with supply chain and other functional areas.

QUALIFICATIONS
-
1-3+ years of manufacturing experience required.
-
Comfortable working in spreadsheet software.
-
Able to read and understand work orders, prints, and production tags.
-
Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to handle several tasks at once.

Flexible with shifting priorities against tight deadlines.
-
Clear communication - able to share information with the floor and other teams, verbally and in writing.
-
Production and inventory management certification (such as APICS).
-
Experience working in an ERP or production information system.
-
Understanding and application of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) principles, concepts, and practices.

Solid problem-solving skills, with the judgment to resolve schedule conflicts across areas.
The starting target hourly range is $26.00 - 31.00, depending upon qualifications and experience. The posted pay range reflects the expected compensation for a fully qualified candidate. Starting pay may be above or below this range based on job-related factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, and training needs.
In addition to base salary, the compensation package also includes eligibility for a profit-sharing opportunity. Additionally, for eligible full-time employees, we offer a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability benefits; vacation and paid holidays; 401(k) retirement plan and employee stock ownership plan.
Employment is contingent upon the satisfactory completion of a background screening, conducted in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
