Full job description

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of utility-scale gas power generation and energy infrastructure projects from concept development through detailed design and execution. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their strategic objectives, develop holistic solutions, and guide projects through planning, engineering, procurement, construction, and operational readiness phases.

You will manage all aspects of project execution, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and resource management while leading multidisciplinary engineering and design teams across multiple geographies. Serving as a trusted advisor to clients, you will provide technical and strategic guidance related to project development, technology selection, design optimization, and execution strategies.

In partnership with Jacobs' global delivery teams, you will leverage technical expertise and innovative digital capabilities to deliver high-quality solutions that create lasting value for clients. You will also support business development activities by building strong client relationships, identifying opportunities, contributing to strategic pursuits, and helping secure new work across the Energy & Power market.

Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to anticipate challenges, proactively manage risks, communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, and provide leadership throughout all phases of project delivery.

What Makes This Role Exciting:

This is an opportunity to be at the forefront of one of the most significant transformations occurring in the energy industry today. As demand for power continues to grow across North America, you'll play a critical role in helping clients develop reliable generation solutions that support economic growth, grid stability, and energy transition objectives.

You'll support strongly motivated clients to integrate complex and high-impact projects that support thermal power generation, collaborating with industry-leading experts across engineering, development, operations, and project delivery disciplines. From early-stage exploration and project

development through detailed engineering and execution, you'll influence critical decisions that shape the future of energy infrastructure.

As part of a rapidly growing team, you'll help expand Jacobs' North American Thermal Power Generation capabilities while working in a collaborative global environment. If you're energized by pace to market while solving complex challenges, developing innovative solutions, engaging directly with clients, and leading projects that make a meaningful impact, this role offers an exceptional opportunity for professional growth and leadership development.
