Position Summary *We will provide virtual training and the option to work full-time from home in select states, or work full-time on-site in our Cumberland, RI office.
Work as part of the Retail Customer Care Call Center supporting Pharmacy Care Team and Inventory Control programs. Agents are responsible for assisting patients with their pharmacy needs, as well as presenting and enrolling patients in various pharmacy services with a goal of improving their levels of care. Interact with CVS pharmacy staff and other care providers to streamline the overall prescription experience for patients. Receive inbound call volume from CVS retail pharmacies, accurately record all non-preferred drug orders and provide order status information as requested. Ensure the delivery of outstanding customer service in alignment with standard operating procedures
Required Qualifications *Resident of Alaska, Arizona, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas or Vermont. *Active Pharmacy Technician license in state of residence. *Ability to obtain Pharmacy Technician licensure in Rhode Island via application form and fee (formal training not required). *1+ years of experience in a customer service environment. *Proficient to advanced PC skills required including MS Windows-based applications. *Ability to complete all required training programs.
Preferred Qualifications *Previous experience in a retail pharmacy setting. *Call Center experience is highly desired with a focus on excellence in service delivery *Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment *Ability to utilize active listening techniques and demonstrate empathetic behavior when speaking with patients *Ability to problem solve, and work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Education Verifiable High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required.

Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is:
$17.00 - $31.30 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
