Senior Procurement Associate

Role Overview Pluang is looking for a Senior Procurement Associate who will be responsible for managing procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiating, and issuing purchase orders for operational needs. It requires collaborating with other departments to consolidate requirements, ensuring supplier integrity and cost-effectiveness, and maintaining compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities:

• Performing all procurement processes; sourcing, negotiating, supplier selecting, issuing purchase orders and reporting relating to operational needs, maintenance, warehouse/facility supplies, and others expenses

• Working closely with other departments to consolidate all requirements for the sourcing plan

• Ensuring in the integrity of suppliers and ensuring all purchases are cost-effective and based on the most beneficial terms of payment

• Guaranteeing compliance with the company's code of conduct, purchasing policy, and associated protocols throughout procurement activities

• Monitoring and reviewing progress regularly to generate procurement report

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, engineering, finance, or a related discipline

• 3–6 years of proven experience in procurement management

• Proficiency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills

• Background in data analysis and processing is preferred
