Full job description

Job Description

We are seeking a QA Engineer to support marketing technology platforms, data pipelines, and campaign delivery processes. This individual will be responsible for validating data flows, testing business logic, identifying vulnerabilities within existing pipelines, and ensuring high-quality campaign execution across MarTech ecosystems.

The ideal candidate combines strong manual testing expertise with the ability to build lightweight automation solutions. They should understand how data moves through integrated systems and be comfortable validating both application functionality and underlying data logic.

Own end-to-end QA efforts across MarTech and data integration pipelines. Review business requirements, technical specifications, and data flow designs to identify testing needs and potential risks. Perform manual testing to validate marketing campaigns, customer journeys, audience segmentation, and data processing workflows. Develop and maintain QA automation scripts to improve test coverage and reduce manual effort. Validate data quality, transformation logic, and system integrations across multiple platforms. Identify vulnerabilities, defects, and process gaps before deployments reach production environments. Create and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and regression testing strategies. Track defects through resolution and communicate risks to technical and business stakeholders. Monitor QA metrics, defect trends, and overall release quality. Partner with engineering, product, and MarTech teams to ensure successful releases.

Pay: $43-47/HR

Experience with defect tracking and test management tools such as Jira, Zephyr, TestRail, or similar. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical teams. Experience testing and validating integrations involving Adobe, Salesforce, and HubSpot. Strong understanding of MarTech ecosystems, campaign execution, customer data flows, and marketing automation platforms. Experience working in cloud environments, preferably GCP. Experience testing APIs and integrated systems. Familiarity with campaign management, customer data, and marketing technology platforms.
