Warehouse Lead

Overview

KaiHonua, LLC is seeking a highly motivated, self-directed Warehouse Lead to join our growing team. The Warehouse Lead is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, coordinating warehouse staff, ensuring accurate inventory management, maintaining safety standards, and supporting efficient shipping and receiving activities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Not listed in order of importance; other duties may be assigned) and must be able to perform the following with minimal guidance:

• Lead and supervise the warehouse team during daily operations.

• Coordinate receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping activities.

• Assign daily tasks and ensure work is completed efficiently and accurately.

• Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

• Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, as necessary and when properly trained and/or certified.

• Prepare reports related to inventory, shipments, and operational performance.

• Other duties as assigned.

Education/Qualifications/Certifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• 2 - 4 years of experience of warehouse and inventory operations.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Knowledge of safety guidelines.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Strong verbal communication skills.

• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Occasional use of a company vehicle while on work site

Work Location: Oahu, HI

Physical Requirements

Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Position may require typing and reading from a computer screen. Must have sufficient mobility, including but not limited to bending, reaching, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner. May include lifting weigh up to thirty (30) pounds as necessary.
