Full job description

Our client, a leading restaurant technology organization, is seeking a Deployment Support Analyst - Overnight Shift to join their team. As a Deployment Support Analyst - Overnight Shift, you will be part of the Deployment Support organization supporting restaurant technology deployment and proactive support. The ideal candidate will have strong customer-first communication, a detail-oriented troubleshooting mindset, and the drive to take ownership of resolution documentation that helps the team move faster and deliver better outcomes.

Job Title: Deployment Support Analyst - Overnight Shift

Location: Remote (Local to Irvine, CA required for initial onsite training period)

Pay Range: $25.25

What's the Job?

  • Provide remote technical assistance and support for restaurant technology using independent judgment within approved processes.

  • Take full ownership of specific focus areas related to Deployment and Proactive support, including creating documentation for troubleshooting and resolutions used by the team.

  • Cross-train to support Deployment, ECARE, and RTO programs, including troubleshooting, vendor follow-up, and coordination with the Service Desk.

  • Identify root cause issues and defects with Tier 1 applications, then share findings with Business Partners to help address and resolve application defects.

  • Support incident resolution by translating customer requests into appropriate specifications/incidents while understanding business workflows and time sensitivity.

What's Needed?

  • Prefer a Computer Science degree or equivalent years of experience.

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience.

  • At least 1 year of Help Desk experience preferred.

  • Strong technical skills with computer concepts such as operating system commands and scripts (e.g., UNIX, NT, PC fundamentals, OS2, etc.).

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, plus strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
