Job Description A Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources within an organization, including recruitment, training, employee relations, and compensation and benefits. They play a key role in ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, and in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Human Resources Manager Well respected Consumer Goods manufacturer seeks a passionate, highly engaged Plant Human Resources Manager for one of their key facilities. As HR Manager, you will be a critical member of the leadership team and a strong business partner, working with leadership to enhance culture and employee engagement for their approx. 350 employees. Reporting to the Senior Director of HR, you will manage 3 direct reports all areas of HR including employee relations, labor relations, recruiting, training, EEO/AAP, benefits, compensation, and continuous improvement. This is a highly visible role that has both strategic and tactical components. Location: Macon, MO. Relocation offered Compensation: Pay Range:$90,000-$117,000 + 10% Bonus +9% 40k match + excellent relocation + outstanding benefits. What Impact Will You Have on our Business?

Manage staffing processes, including recruitment and onboarding.

Implement and audit HR procedures.

Identify training needs and oversee training programs.

Ensure regulatory compliance.

Lead cultural assessments and action plan execution.

Oversee performance reviews and salary planning.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree.

5+ yrs related HR experience in manufacturing.

5+ yrs supervisory/management experience in a production plant

Strong relationship-building skills with internal stakeholders and peers.
