Full job description

We are currently seeking a Fully Remote, ServiceNow - Technical Architect to join our team.

Role Overview:

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect who combines deep technical expertise with strategic advisory capabilities. This role involves hands-on configuration and development across all major ServiceNow modules, while also contributing to pre-sales efforts including proposal development and crafting Statements of Work (SOWs). The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor to clients, helping them maximize their ServiceNow investments through strategic roadmaps, platform governance, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Advisory & Strategic Consulting

  • Lead client engagements to assess current ServiceNow capabilities and define future-state process and platform strategies.

  • Develop platform roadmaps aligned with business goals and technical priorities.

  • Conduct business value assessments and recommend adoption strategies across ITSM, ITOM,ITAMHRSD, SecOps, GRC, and CSM.

  • Design and implement governance models, KPIs, and process improvement frameworks.

  • Facilitate client workshops to gather requirements, align stakeholders, and drive consensus on solution design and implementation plans.

  • Apply deep business process knowledge to map client needs to ServiceNow capabilities and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.

Technical Implementation & Platform Expertise

  • Configure and customize ServiceNow modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, CMDB, Discovery, HRSD, and more.

  • Perform health scans, technical debt analysis, and platform scalability assessments.

  • Manage integrations with third-party tools (e.g., Qualys, Tenable, SCCM, JAMF).

  • Ensure platform conformance to best practices and licensing strategies.

Proposal & SOW Development

  • Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to draft compelling proposals and SOWs for ServiceNow engagements.

  • Estimate effort, define scope, and align deliverables with client expectations and budget constraints.

  • Support pricing strategies and resource planning for advisory and implementation phases.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience across multiple modules.

  • Proven track record in advisory consulting and technical delivery.- 3+ Years

  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, scripting, workflows, and integrations. .- 3+ Years

  • Experience in proposal writing, SOW creation, and client presentations. - 2+ Years

  • Demonstrated ability to lead client workshops and translate business processes into technical solutions, 2+ Years

Mandatory Certifications by Level

  • Senior – ServiceNow certifications CSA, CIS-(ITSM ITOM ITAM HAM/SAM HRSD DISCOVERY) [2 or more], PMP or equivalent, and ITIL Foundation

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this remote role is $97.64 to $129.37 W2 . This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position is eligible for company benefits including participation in medical, dental, and vision insurance, flexible spending or health savings account, and AD&D insurance, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program, and additional voluntary or legally-required benefits
