Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an experienced doorman for a luxury fashion pop-up retail store in Manhattan, NY. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers entering the store, creating a welcoming and elevated experience that reflects the brand. You will greet guests, assist with customer inquiries, help manage store traffic, and support the sales team in maintaining a positive shopping environment.
Skills and Requirements
- 1+ years of security or doorman experience.
- Friendly, professional, and outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work a full-time schedule, including weekends.
- Security or doorman experience within a luxury retail, hotel, or concierge environment.
- Experience providing white-glove customer service.
