Scrum Master

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking 2 Scrum Masters to sit 5 days a week onsite with one of our largest pharmaceutical clients in Albany, NY for a large-scale enterprise technology and systems integration initiative within the Automation department operating within a SAFe Agile environment.This role is focused on hands-on delivery leadership, helping Agile teams stay aligned, managing dependencies, facilitating PI Planning and ART ceremonies, and driving execution against program objectives. The individual will partner closely with product, technical, project, and business stakeholders to remove blockers, manage risks, and maintain delivery momentum. One of these Scrum Masters will support a dedicated group/responsibility, while the other will provide flexible support across multiple workstreams and teams. This candidate will need to be ready to jump and help where is needed with excellent organization and communication.

Skills and Requirements

• 5+ years of Scrum Master experience within GMP regulated environments
• Hands on experience within Jira and Confluence
• Prior experience working in hybrid Agile/Waterfall environments
• Strong organizational and schedule management skills with familiarity of change control practices
• Experience in stakeholder management
• Experience with the Microsoft Suite
• PMP, CAPM, Scrum or comparable project delivery certification
• Prior experience at Regeneron or Sanofi
