Required Education/Experience
- Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of relevant work experience.
Relevant Work Experience

Proven success in designing and executing research projects using large datasets and making recommendations based on findings. Required.

Proven success in communicating complex topics to diverse stakeholders through emails, slide decks, and verbal presentations. Required.
-
Demonstrated project management and vendor management experience, with the ability to align cross-functional stakeholders. Required.

Demonstrated agility and flexibility in dealing with ambiguity and comfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Required.

Ability to exercise independent judgment and demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills. Required.

Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Preferred.

Proficiency with Power BI or similar data visualization software. Preferred.
-
Familiarity with Python or similar coding languages. Preferred.
-
Proficiency in geographic information systems, such as ArcGIS. Preferred.
-
Demonstrated knowledge of heat pump and/or other HVAC technologies. Preferred.

Technical understanding of Con Edisons electric system. Preferred.

Demonstrated knowledge of Customer Clean Energy Programs and the Clean Energy Commitment. Preferred.

Demonstrated learning agility, with the ability to acquire new knowledge quickly and develop subject matter expertise. Preferred.

Familiarity with or experience using energy industry data, clean energy program data, and housing and building data. Preferred.

Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously. Preferred.
