We are always moving forward – always pushing ourselves to go further in our efforts to build a more equitable, inclusive world for our employees, our customers and our communities.
The Role
Your Role
Join our team as a Delivery Manager and embark on an exciting professional journey that goes beyond just delivering services. In this role, you will be accountable for the overall leadership, governance, and delivery of Data Protection, Disaster Recovery (DR), Backup & Recovery, and Cybersecurity Services for a major enterprise environment. As a crucial member of our organization, you will forge powerful and enduring business-to-business relationships with our customers, acting as a trusted advisor to senior executives and guiding cross-functional teams to ensure mission-critical systems remain resilient, secure, and continuously available.
In this role, you won't simply be a passive participant; you'll be at the forefront, leading the enterprise Disaster Recovery and resiliency program. You will oversee operational readiness, recovery testing, and remediation plans, and serve as the primary leadership authority during major incidents, critical recovery events, and high-pressure situations. By partnering closely with architecture, engineering, cybersecurity, and operations teams, you will champion automation, modernize existing capabilities, and steer transformation initiatives that enhance our customer's cyber resilience posture.
Moreover, your impact extends beyond day-to-day operational execution. As a Delivery Manager, you will be entrusted with customer governance and the financial stewardship of multi-million-dollar contractual commitments. You will establish and direct executive governance forums, manage budgets and resource forecasts, protect recurring revenue streams, and ensure contractual commitments, service levels, and regulatory requirements are consistently met or exceeded.
At Kyndryl, we foster an environment of innovation, collaboration, and growth. As a Delivery Manager, you will lead and mentor a dynamic, geographically distributed team of technical specialists across infrastructure, storage, backup, and cyber recovery disciplines. You will have access to cutting-edge resources, comprehensive support, and professional development opportunities that enable you to continuously expand your technical and leadership acumen.
If you're ready to embrace a role that challenges you intellectually and empowers you to make a meaningful impact on the stability and security of enterprise infrastructure, join us as a Delivery Manager and become an integral part of Kyndryl's journey.
