Job Description

The Territory Sales Executive is responsible for driving net-new customer acquisition within an assigned geographic territory, focusing on community financial institutions with $1 billion or more in assets. This is a true hunter role designed for sales professionals who excel at prospecting, relationship-building, and closing new business opportunities. This position requires the ability to sell a comprehensive portfolio of ATM, ITM, and TCR solutions, along with a full suite of managed services offerings. The ideal candidate is highly motivated by new business development and has a proven track record of generating revenue through strategic outreach and consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new relationships with financial institutions within the assigned territory through cold calling, networking, referrals, industry events, and RFP opportunities.
  • Build and execute a strategic territory plan focused on acquiring new customers.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed annual new business sales goals.
  • Present solutions to executive-level decision-makers and manage the entire sales cycle from initial engagement through contract execution.
  • Develop long-term customer relationships and identify opportunities for account growth and expanded service adoption after the initial sale.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline through ongoing prospecting and business development activities.

Skills and Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of direct sales experience, with a documented track record of new logo acquisition, not account management.
  • Prior experience selling to community financial institutions strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to close multi-million dollar new business deals from cold or warm outreach.
  • Ability to travel up to 50 percent of the time within the assigned territory.
