Sr Technical Project Manager

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to support a Fortune 1000 manufacturing organization in the Cleveland, OH area. This role is essential to the successful execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives across application development, infrastructure, cyber, facility, and physical security. The ideal candidate is an experienced project leader who excels in fast-paced environments, can oversee multiple workstreams simultaneously, and is confident partnering with both technical teams and executive stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end execution of multiple concurrent projects (3+), including infrastructure upgrades, security initiatives, IAM enhancements, ERP implementations, application migrations, and facility relocations.
• Drive project delivery using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, determining the appropriate approach based on scope, risk, and stakeholder needs.
• Collaborate closely with IT, security, facilities, and business stakeholders to maintain alignment on scope, timelines, dependencies, and desired outcomes.
• Manage project plans, budgets, risks, and resource allocation utilizing PPM tools such as Planview.
• Identify and address risks related to identity and access management (IAM), security threats, and vulnerabilities.
• Develop and deliver clear, concise project updates and presentations to executive leadership, translating technical details into messaging focused on business impact.
• Maintain strong governance, documentation, and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance delivery efficiency and project outcomes.

Skills and Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant work experience
• PMP certification
• Experience managing infrastructure, security, & facility projects
• Knowledge of IAM, threats, vulnerabilities
• Strong experience with Waterfall & Agile methodologies
• Experience with PPM tools such as Planview
• Strong written & verbal communication skills
• Experience creating and delivering presentations to executive audiences
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Experience within the manufacturing industry is preferred
