Drive closed-loop quality improvement initiatives by connecting field performance, reliability testing, manufacturing data, supplier performance, and product design insights.

QUALIFICATIONS:
-
10+ years of leadership experience in hardware quality, manufacturing quality, supplier quality, or related functions supporting consumer electronics, wearable technology, or other complex hardware products.

-
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decisions through data-driven insights and cross-functional partnership.
-
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
-
Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% internationally to support manufacturing partners, suppliers, and quality initiatives.
