Job Description

  • Act as the Global Process Owner for CAPA, providing strategic direction and ensuring effective design, implementation, and continuous improvement of processes aligned with business objectives and industry standards.Leads and provides strategic direction for the Global Leads of Change Control, Document Management/Training, and Global QC labs ensuring the team is designing and implementing efficient and effective processes, meeting quality and compliance standards while driving continuous improvement of their processes.

  • Supports due diligence assessments and integration of new acquisitions into Quality Systems, communicating and mitigating risks

  • Develop global training programs and implement change management strategies to ensure consistent and smooth QMS process transitions across all locations.

  • Collaborate with IT to select and optimize electronic QMS tools, ensuring they support efficient QMS execution and integration into existing systems.

  • Identify and mitigate process risks, establish issue escalation pathways, and lead root cause analyses to address and resolve QMS system and process-related challenges.

Skills and Requirements

10-15 years of experience in a quality role CPG, Medical Device, Food, or pharma experience CAPA, Training, Doc Control exp
