Full job description

About the Role As we explore how AI can help create high-quality, scalable Chinese reading courses for children from Chinese-heritage families living overseas, LingoAce is looking for a product specialist who combines practical AI knowledge, strong product design skills, and sensitivity to the Chinese language domain. The ideal candidate will help organize the content foundation for our Chinese curriculum, design AI-assisted reading-course production workflows, and bring new course concepts from early-stage ideas into real classroom use.

We value cross-disciplinary capabilities: the ability to understand the challenges involved in Chinese reading education while bringing together generative AI, product design, and project execution to turn ambiguous ideas into practical, testable products and workflows.

What You’ll Do

  • Help plan Chinese reading curriculum products for overseas Chinese heritage families by defining target users, core use cases, product scope, and phased objectives.
  • Review and organize existing Chinese curriculum content and resources, identifying opportunities to apply AI to course production, content organization, quality assurance, and iteration.
  • Design and continuously improve AI-assisted course production workflows, including requirements definition, content generation, human review, feedback collection, and version management.
  • Drive course prototypes, internal testing, and classroom validation, using feedback from teachers, curriculum specialists, and users to continuously improve the product.
  • Evaluate generative AI tools and models for Chinese curriculum use cases, balancing efficiency, quality, controllability, and cost.
  • Establish appropriate quality and risk controls to ensure that AI-generated content receives suitable human review before being used in real teaching environments.

What We’re Looking For

  • Hands-on experience with AI products, generative AI applications, or AI-enabled workflows, with a practical understanding of model capabilities, limitations, and common risks.
  • An educational background or practical experience in computer science or a related field, with the ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams.
  • Strong product design and project planning skills, including the ability to break open-ended problems into clear goals, phases, workflows, and measurable outcomes.
  • A good understanding of or strong sensitivity to Chinese language, reading, or language-learning challenges, with the ability to recognize evident content and instructional issues during product design.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to move projects from concept to actual delivery.

Nice to Have The following experience is not required but will help you succeed in this role:

  • Experience in K–12 education, EdTech, or online curriculum products.
  • Experience with language learning, Chinese education, or Chinese reading courses.
  • Experience designing AI content systems, curriculum production platforms, or internal workflow tools.

We are looking for someone with sound product judgment, practical AI fluency, genuine interest in and sensitivity to the Chinese language domain, and the ability to enter new fields quickly and move complex projects into implementation.

Candidates with valid OPT work authorization are welcome to apply. H-1B visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.
